Overview of Samsung Galaxy Note 8
In mid-2017 Samsung galaxy smartphone note8 come to the market which is developed by famous manufacturer Samsung. They announced in August 2017 for their smart device but note 8 release date is September 2017. Samsung deployed the latest networking technology LTE in this phone. The phone is supported 2G, 3G and 4G TDD / FDD. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a dual SIM set. SIM 1 is Nano and SIM 2 is Nano (Hybrid) type. It has built in OS Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) but it can be upgradable to Android 9.0 (Pie). Android 9.0 has more nice features which is already discussed here. However, galaxy note 8.0 has lots sensors like accelerometer, barometer, fingerprint, gyro, geomagnetic, hall sensor, HR sensor, iris, RGB light, pressure sensor and proximity sensor etc.

Galaxy note 8.0 is developed by 64 bit architecture and it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset which has octa-core processor and CPU speed is up to 4 x 2.30 GHz. It has powerful built-in graphics adapter namely Adreno 540. Samsung Galaxy Note 8 weight is 195 gram that is 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.6 mm (height x width x thickness). The phone is built by gorilla glass v5.0 in front and back with aluminum frame. It is supported IP68 that is capable dust and water resistant at 1.5 meter for up to 30 minutes. Samsung galaxy note 8 come to the market with physical storage configuration like 6 GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage. The memory / storage can be expendable up to 256 GB by dedicated MicroSD slot.

Samsung galaxy note 8 display type is super AMOLED with capacitive touch screen and multi-touch. It is supported 16M colors in depth. Note8 has a big display that is 6.3 inch which has resolution support up to 2960 x 1440 pixels with the aspect ratio 18:9. The pixel density of the phone is 521 ppi. The screen is protected by corning gorilla glass v5.0. The phone screen to body ratio is calculated 83.2 %.

The rear camera’s has more features like phase detection auto focus, dual pixel, LED flash, OIS, optical zoom at 2x, digital zoom up to 10x, High Dynamic Range Mode (HDR), continue shooting, face detection and touch to focus etc. The camera is capable to capturing image in 4000 x 3000 pixels and video recording in 3840 x 2160@30fps, 1080p@60fps, 720p@240fps. Galaxy note 8.0 back camera is 8.0 MP with f/1.7 (wide) aperture. It is supported auto focus and flash. However, the camera can recording video UHD 4k (3840 x 2160)@30fps. It is also supported wide angle selfie.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 support WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi direct, dual-band and Wi-Fi hotspot. It has Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, AGPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, NFC, USB 3.1 etc. Note8 has loudspeaker with 3.5 mm jack.
The phone has non-removable Li-lon 3500 mAh battery. The battery is capable by fast charging 15W, quick charging 2.0 and PMA wireless charging. The battery life of the phone is approx. 22h in 3G network and music play up to 74h internet uses up to 12h.
Galaxy note 8.0 is supported various video formats that are MP4, M4V, 3GP, WMV, ASF, AVI, FLV, MKV, WEBM. The audio formats are MP3, M4A, 3GA, AAC, OGG, OGA, WAV, WMA, AMR, AWB, FLAC, MID, MIDI, XMF, MXMF, IMY, RTTTL, RTX, OTA, DFF, DSF, APE.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 price in Bangladesh is approx. Tk. 99,900.00, amazon it is $ 399.77 and flipkart price is Rs. 59,900.00 for 6 GB RAM with 64 GB storage. The phone has more colors available like Midnight Black, Orchid Grey and Maple Gold etc.
